How CaptureShield Remembers Your Workspace

CaptureShield doesn’t use accounts or passwords. Instead, it gives you quick access to your workspace in two simple ways: a small device token for Free users and a license key for Standard users.For Free users, your device receives a small code the first time you open your workspace with the license key box empty. This code stays on your device and helps CaptureShield reopen the same Free workspace when you return. It doesn’t include personal details and isn’t connected to anything outside your device. It simply lets your device load the same three‑contract workspace you created earlier.For Standard users, your license key becomes your way in. Once you enter it, your full workspace opens on any device you choose. You don’t need to go back to the access page every time. You can go straight to the App page, and your workspace will open as long as your device still has your key saved. The license key isn’t linked to your name or identity; it’s just the code that unlocks your workspace.This setup keeps things simple and easy to use. Free users stay connected to their device, and Standard users can open their workspace anywhere without needing a traditional sign‑in.
